- Does the free plan expire?
- No. Free stays free for as long as you want, within the limits in the table. It exists so you can see your data unified and connect a first channel before deciding.
- How does the Pro trial work?
- Every organization can activate 14 days of the Pro plan once, with no card. At the end, the account returns to its previous plan and nothing is deleted.
- What counts as a workspace?
- A workspace is an isolated environment — usually one agency client, or one product. Channels, contacts, automations and dashboards are separated per workspace.
- Do I pay for WhatsApp messages?
- WhatsApp Business conversations are billed by Meta directly on your Meta account, at Meta's rates. Gavvio does not charge per message; each plan has a monthly limit of messages handled by the platform.
- Can I change plans whenever I want?
- Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid cycle.
- How is billing done?
- Monthly or annual, by card, through Stripe. Customers in Brazil pay in BRL. Annual billing takes 20% off.
