Four channels, one connection flow, one state per channel.
Gavvio's Channels page shows WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and TikTok as four cards. Each has a single state — unavailable, under review, needs attention, connected or ready to activate — computed from what is already on record, and a fix action when something is missing.

What happens when you click "Connect"
Pre-flight. Gavvio lists what the provider requires (account type, permissions, a verified number) and where each item lives in the provider's dashboard.
Consent. You authorise on Meta or TikTok itself, in a pop-up or in the same tab if the browser blocks pop-ups.
Account picker. Eligible accounts are listed; ineligible ones come with the reason.
Done. The channel joins the inbox, and the event subscription is verified before the card says "connected".
Not ready to connect yet? Say "notify me" and Gavvio sends a single e-mail when the channel becomes available for your account.
WhatsApp Business
Available
Messages, approved templates, voice calls and recording, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), with your own number.
What the channel does
Text, media and audio conversations in the shared inbox, assigned per agent.
Approved templates outside the 24-hour window and free text inside it — the composer shows which one you are in.
Voice calls received and placed in the browser, with a permission request when the window is closed and a callback for missed calls.
Recording announced to the caller by Meta itself, with optional transcription and role-restricted access.
Click-to-WhatsApp ads: the click source reaches the contact and the conversion.
What you need to have
A phone number not in use on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app.
A Meta Business Portfolio (Business Manager) with the number verified.
Or your own Meta app, if you prefer to bring your own credentials.
Instagram
Available
Direct messages and comments on posts, Reels, lives and stories of an Instagram professional account.
What the channel does
DMs in the inbox, with the contact's public profile (followers, verification, follow relationship) alongside.
Keyword rules that reply on the comment and open a DM with a button.
Live comments and story replies handled as conversations.
Login through Facebook or direct Instagram login, depending on the account.
What you need to have
A professional account (business or creator).
For login through Facebook: the account linked to a Page.
Messaging and comment permissions granted on Meta's consent screen.
Facebook Messenger
Available
A Facebook Page's inbox and comments, through the same Meta connection flow.
What the channel does
Page messages in the shared inbox.
Comments on posts and lives with a public reply and a private message.
Several Pages and Instagram accounts picked at once, with ineligible ones explained.
What you need to have
A Facebook Page you administer.
A per-Page check that no other app is receiving the messages in your place — Gavvio runs it and explains the result.
TikTok
Pending approval
Comments and direct messages of a TikTok business account, with keyword auto-replies, a welcome message and suggested questions.
What the channel will do
Read and reply to comments on your videos, with moderation (hide, like, reply) and keyword rules.
Direct messages in the shared inbox, respecting TikTok's reply window.
Welcome message, suggested questions and a default reply configured in Gavvio.
Profile and video insights, and "message me" links with click identification.
What you need to have
A TikTok Business Account.
Authorisation granted on the TikTok for Business consent screen.
The TikTok integration uses the Accounts API and the Business Messaging API of TikTok for Business and is pending approval by TikTok. Each customer authorises their own account; the data lives in an isolated workspace, encrypted at rest, and is deleted when the channel is disconnected. Until approval completes, the TikTok card reads “pending approval” and accepts a notify-me request.
Connect a channel in minutes.
Create the account, open the Channels page and follow the pre-flight. If something is missing, Gavvio says where it is.
